Cookie Policy
Wrench365 uses a small amount of browser storage to run the site, and Google Analytics cookies only if you agree to them. We don't use advertising cookies.
Google Analytics (only if you accept)
If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics on our public pages (the home page, Find a mechanic, Contact, Sign up, our policies, and mechanics' booking pages) to see how visitors use them. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which keep for up to two years. We send page addresses without any search text, and never anything you type into a form.
Google Analytics never runs on account pages, sign-in pages, or the private links we email customers about their appointments. If you decline, or haven't chosen, nothing from Google is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
What the site needs to work
- Your cookie choice. Kept in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask again on every visit.
- Signing in (mechanics only). When you log in, your session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. It's removed when you log out.
- Security check. The sign-up, log-in and password reset forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated sign-ups.
Other services
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages load their text from Termly. Mechanics who subscribe pay on Stripe's checkout page, which is run by Stripe under its own policies.
Changing your choice
Use (also at the bottom of every page) to accept or decline at any time. Declining after accepting stops Google Analytics and deletes its cookies from this site. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser's settings.
